Betsy Glenn

Betsy Glenn joined the Welch Group as an Associate Advisor in 2025 after first getting to know the team through her internship during undergrad.

Prior to The Welch Group, she graduated from Auburn University with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and a minor in Consumer Financial Planning. During her time at Auburn, Betsy served in a variety of leadership roles on campus, where she strengthened her skills in communicating effectively, executing administrative tasks efficiently and accurately, and empowering others to pursue their goals.

She brings not only a strong foundation of knowledge, but also a genuine passion for building lasting relationships and helping clients navigate the complexities of personal finance with confidence.

Outside the office, you’ll often find Betsy trying out new restaurants around Birmingham, enjoying walks on the Jemison Trail, cheering on Auburn athletics, or leading worship at her church.
