Caroline Quina

Caroline Quina joined The Welch Group team in 2025 as the Documents Manager. Originally from Mobile, Alabama, she has called Birmingham home since attending The University of Alabama at Birmingham.

Before joining The Welch Group, Caroline spent two years in the inpatient rehabilitation industry, where she developed a strong foundation in organization, attention to detail, and customer service. At The Welch Group, she now combines those skills with her passion for building relationships to support clients and the firm’s advisor team.

Outside of the office, Caroline loves spending time with her rescue pup, Ollie, working out, being on the water, and traveling to new cities.
